We’re looking for a Partner Marketing Strategy Director to lead our global partner marketing strategy — across CSPs, technology integrations, and strategic global and national partners. You’ll define the go-to-market vision, enable field partner marketers across regions, and work closely with sales and alliances to ensure our partner activities drive meaningful business outcomes.<h4>What you’ll do:</h4><ul><li>Build and evolve the global partner marketing strategy across key partner categories: CSPs, integrations, and strategic alliances</li><li>Partner with sales, alliances, and field marketing to define priorities, goals, and plays that drive pipeline and influence</li><li>Create scalable campaign frameworks, messaging, and tools that empower our regional field marketers to activate with partners locally</li><li>Align with global partner sales leaders to ensure marketing efforts support joint business objectives</li><li>Define metrics for success, track performance, and continuously optimize based on results</li><li>Serve as the connective tissue between partner marketing, sales, and product GTM teams</li><li>Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of partner marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. </li></ul><h4>What you’ll bring:</h4><ul><li>12+ years in B2B partner or field marketing, within enterprise technology, cybersecurity or SaaS companies </li><li>Proven experience working with cloud providers, technology partners, and GSIs/MSPs</li><li>A strategic mindset with the ability to turn big-picture vision into practical, repeatable programs</li><li>Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills — you’re comfortable and at ease working with sales, product, and regional teams</li><li>Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment</li><li>A builder’s mindset — you’re energized by creating structure where none exists</li><li>Experience building and scaling partner marketing programs from the ground up</li></ul>Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based, without the need for visa sponsorship.
