We're looking for an experienced Director to join and lead our Federal Capture team. Reporting to the VP of Public Sector Channels, you'll lead a  team of Partner Business Managers to maximum potential.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related field
  • 5+ years of Federal Channel leadership experience in software/SaaS
  • Experience building successful teams
  • You will have a process and methodology around territory planning, assessment and resource allocation

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Well networked to attract top-performing professionals into the Channel organization
  • Experience with SaaS business models with enterprise security experience
  • You will be a change-agent in the organization; lead processes that scale and have experience with multiple routes to market through a broad network of channel partners
