We’re looking for a data-driven, strategic, and highly analytical Director of Paid Media to lead our performance marketing efforts across all paid media channels. This leader will oversee our agency partners and own the strategy, execution, optimization, and scaling of paid media programs with a focus on driving efficient customer acquisition, revenue growth, and ROI for the business.
This role is ideal for someone who has experience with ecommerce or DTC brands, thrives in a fast-paced growth environment, and knows how to balance creative testing with disciplined performance management. You’ll lead a high-performing team while partnering closely with creative, analytics, finance, and ecommerce to unlock new growth opportunities.
