This is a strategic and high-visibility role focused on transforming how customer engagement is designed and executed across the life sciences landscape. You will lead the development of integrated omnichannel strategies that connect digital, field, and in-person experiences into a seamless journey. Working cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, and technology teams, you will turn data into actionable insights that drive personalization and performance. This position blends strategic consulting with hands-on execution, offering the opportunity to shape innovative programs powered by advanced analytics and AI. Accountabilities:
  • Lead the development of omnichannel engagement strategies aligned with business objectives and customer needs
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design data-driven personas, segmentation models, and customer journey maps
  • Translate strategic frameworks into actionable omnichannel programs, campaigns, and execution playbooks
  • Coordinate with content, media, field, and technology teams to orchestrate integrated campaigns across multiple channels
  • Leverage CRM and marketing automation platforms to activate and optimize engagement strategies
  • Define KPIs and measurement frameworks to evaluate program performance and business impact
  • Analyze campaign data using BI tools and collaborate with analytics teams to refine targeting and predictive models
  • Promote a test-and-learn culture, continuously improving strategies through experimentation and insights
  • Support internal training and change management initiatives to drive omnichannel adoption and best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
  • 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, customer engagement, or omnichannel strategy, preferably within life sciences or healthcare
  • Strong expertise in business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik
  • Proven experience in persona development, journey mapping, and data-driven targeting strategies
  • Familiarity with predictive analytics and AI-driven tools for campaign optimization and customer insights
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing orchestration platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, Veeva CRM, Marketo)
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools, including paid media, social platforms, and SEO/SEM analytics
  • Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with executional detail in a fast-paced environment
