Accountabilities:

Lead and mentor a high-performing technical programs and service delivery team, ensuring strong execution across onboarding, account management, and project delivery
Oversee internal priorities, including project reviews, resource planning, and cross-functional collaboration with teams such as engineering, partnerships, and client support
Manage strategic client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention
Develop and execute strategic account plans, identifying growth opportunities and driving upsell initiatives
Establish and refine project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices across all technical programs
Proactively identify risks, optimize processes, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards

Requirements:

Proven experience in technical program management, IT services, or cybersecurity environments, with a strong leadership track record
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and deliver results in dynamic, fast-paced settings
Strong people management skills, with experience building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing teams
Expertise in client relationship management, particularly with senior stakeholders and strategic accounts
Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a strategic and detail-oriented mindset
