Accountabilities:- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing technical programs and service delivery team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
- Oversee client onboarding, ongoing account management, and project delivery to ensure high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, aligning technical programs with broader organizational priorities
- Manage strategic client accounts, identifying growth opportunities and driving long-term partnership value
- Develop and execute account strategies, including performance goals, milestones, and expansion initiatives
- Establish and standardize project management methodologies to improve efficiency, consistency, and delivery outcomes
- Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and implement process improvements to ensure timely and successful execution
- Provide strategic oversight and guidance across multiple concurrent programs and cross-functional teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience in technical program management, IT services, or cybersecurity environments, with increasing leadership responsibility
- Strong track record of managing complex projects and delivering results in fast-paced, client-facing settings
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Expertise in strategic account management and building relationships with senior stakeholders, including executive leadership
