This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of OX Security. We are currently looking for a Director of Sales in the United States.

This role is ideal for a strategic and results-driven sales leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys hands-on engagement. You will guide and grow a high-performing sales team while actively managing your own portfolio of enterprise deals. By developing and executing regional sales strategies, you will directly influence revenue growth and help shape the go-to-market approach. The position requires collaboration across marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and maximize business impact. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to mentor your team, close strategic deals, and drive consistent pipeline performance.

Accountabilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives, Channel Managers, and Sales Engineers.
  • Own and close strategic enterprise deals across the assigned region.
  • Develop and execute effective regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Forecast sales performance and maintain visibility into pipeline health.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align strategy and execution.
  • Support the creation of go-to-market initiatives and refine sales processes for efficiency and impact.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing sales teams in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environments.
  • Proven track record as a top-performing individual contributor with strong deal-closing skills.
  • Deep familiarity with the cybersecurity landscape, with experience in AppSec or DevSecOps considered a plus.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business priorities.
