This senior sales leadership role is focused on driving revenue growth and expanding strategic client relationships across legal, corporate, and government markets. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle of complex enterprise solutions, with a strong emphasis on consultative selling and long-term account development. The role requires a highly proactive, results-driven leader capable of building and executing go-to-market strategies that generate significant pipeline and revenue impact. You will engage directly with senior decision-makers, including legal and business executives, to position high-value services. This is a fast-paced, high-accountability environment where success is measured by revenue performance, client acquisition, and market expansion. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and strong client satisfaction.
Accountabilities:- Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth by selling enterprise eDiscovery and litigation support solutions to law firms, corporations, and government organizations across the U.S.
- Achieve and exceed annual and monthly sales quotas, with a strong focus on consistent pipeline generation and conversion performance.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to build long-term institutional relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, cold outreach, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and contract closure.
- Respond to RFPs and develop tailored sales proposals aligned with client needs and legal technology requirements.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to support reporting and business planning.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding, service execution, and client satisfaction.
- Mentor and manage supporting sales resources to maximize productivity and business impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Juris Doctor is a plus depending on experience and practice area.
- Proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally within eDiscovery, litigation support, or legal technology services.
- Strong network of decision-makers within law firms (including Am Law 200) and Fortune 1000 corporate legal departments.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed high-value sales targets ($5M+ annual revenue performance strongly preferred).
- Strong consultative selling skills, including prospecting, relationship building, negotiation, and closing complex deals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand legal industry trends and competitive positioning.
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills across internal stakeholders.
