This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director of Revenue Operations in the United States.

This role is a high-impact leadership position responsible for driving operational excellence across Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams. You will own and optimize the GTM operating rhythm, ensure reliable execution of workflows, and maintain clarity across the revenue engine. With a focus on people, process, and technology, you will lead a team of operational analysts, manage key tools and systems, and implement scalable solutions that support growth and efficiency. This is a hands-on, strategic role where your decisions and processes directly influence customer experience, team productivity, and business outcomes. Accountabilities:
  • Own the RevOps intake queue, including triage, prioritization, task assignment, and closure, with clear SLAs and escalation paths.
  • Establish and maintain a predictable operating cadence (standups, status updates, weekly operational reviews) that converts requests into measurable outcomes.
  • Lead operational governance and maintenance across GTM systems, including HubSpot, GetAccept, Chargebee, Gainsight, Zendesk, Gong, Email, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Apply AI-enabled features to accelerate routine operational tasks while ensuring human oversight and accuracy.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the CS Ops, Billing, and Sales Ops analyst team, providing coaching, capacity planning, performance management, and hiring support.
  • Maintain compliance, access controls, change management, audit trails, and post-change validation while escalating security or vendor concerns as needed.
  • Ensure Pacific hours coverage with flexibility for East Coast operational needs and emergency escalations.

Requirements:
  • Proven leadership in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CS Operations with measurable results in queue management, SLA adherence, and cross-functional support.
  • Experience managing and coaching operational teams, including hiring, performance management, and professional development.
  • Strong organizational rigor, with exceptional follow-through, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Hands-on expertise with platforms such as HubSpot, GetAccept, Chargebee & Receivables, Gainsight CS/CE/PX/Community, Zendesk, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Comfortable using AI-enabled features (summaries, drafts, checklists) responsibly while applying human review.
  • Excellent prioritization, escalation, and risk-management skills with a bias toward clarity and closure.
  • Flexibility to maintain Pacific-focused hours with the ability to respond to operational emergencies across time zones.
  • Strategic thinker with operational execution skills in complex SaaS or technology environments.
