As our Director of Revenue Cycle Operations, you will be a Senior Leader in the revenue cycle working within the areas of automation, optimization, and rules. You will be accountable for the management, oversight, and the execution of the department strategy to ensure continued success related to revenue generation, cost savings, client value, and growth.  Every day, you will oversee and coordinate revenue enhancement initiatives and manage decisions around business operations across all aspects of the organization.

To thrive in this role, you must have experience with automation and optimization. Previous revenue cycle leadership work experience in a Director-level role and/or extensive revenue cycle work leadership and people management experience is a must.  Exceptional organizational skills to manage complex changes with a variety of interdependent pieces are required.  Successful candidates will be process-oriented with a critical eye for detail, be self-motivated and pragmatic; a team player who is analytical and solution-focused. Successful candidates will also have a background in working with 835 data, various payment methodologies, and accounting systems.

Here’s what you will experience working as a Director of Revenue Cycle Operations:

  • Partner with Executive-level client counterparts to align operational objectives.

  • Translate your industry expertise into a strategic vision and generate client buy-in.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of local 2-4 direct reports.

  • Drive team performance to high achievement and high-quality outcomes.

  • Participate in Accretive strategy development as a thought leader and content expert.

  • Focus on development, performance and growth of direct reports.

  • Oversee and coordinate revenue enhancement initiatives and business operations across all aspects of the revenue cycle for client hospitals.

  • Own all management decision regarding daily operations within assigned hospital(s).

  • Work with client C-suite and CFO collaboratively to drive results.

  • Gain executive client buy-in for intricate projects and initiatives.




 

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $105,575.00 - $158,023.00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 20.00%
