This senior leadership role sits at the intersection of risk management, regulatory compliance, and program execution within a large, complex healthcare environment. The Director of Program Delivery will lead enterprise-wide oversight of risk adjustment quality audit programs, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data submitted to federal regulatory bodies. This role plays a critical part in minimizing financial and compliance risk through robust audit strategies, strong operational governance, and data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders across compliance, legal, analytics, and market operations to strengthen organizational performance. The position requires a strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities and deep experience in audit and program management. In addition, you will lead and develop high-performing teams while shaping a culture of accountability, precision, and continuous improvement. This is a highly visible role with direct impact on regulatory outcomes and organizational integrity.

 


Accountabilities:
  • Lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of risk adjustment quality audit programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data accuracy standards
  • Oversee operational execution of coding audits, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with organizational objectives
  • Develop and implement audit analytics and performance reporting frameworks to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Ensure timely and accurate response to regulatory audits while maintaining strong compliance oversight across all related processes
  • Define, track, and manage key performance metrics, budgets, staffing, and operational priorities for the function
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with compliance, legal, analytics, and market teams to strengthen risk mitigation strategies and program effectiveness
  • Provide strategic leadership to improve processes, reduce financial exposure, and enhance overall program performance
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the team

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic operations, program management, or risk/compliance-related functions within complex organizations
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and driving organizational performance
  • Strong background in process improvement, operational excellence, and performance analytics
  • Experience designing and managing large-scale programs using metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Experience working with regulatory frameworks and external audit processes preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to executive stakeholders
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience required
