Why This Role Matters

As Director of Product Marketing, you’ll be the connector between our product innovation and the market. You’ll bring new offerings to life, translate features into customer value, and sharpen how we tell our story, all while partnering closely with Product, Sales, and GTM teams. This role is strategic, hands-on, and a key part of how Azira grows.

What You’ll Do

  • Own product positioning and messaging for Azira’s core platform and new launches, making complex ideas clear, compelling, and differentiated.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for new products and features, from internal enablement to external rollouts.
  • Lead our voice-of-the customer programs, including launching and managing our Client Advisory Council, to capture GTM insights that directly shape product strategy and market positioning.
  • Build exceptionally-designed, industry-leading collateral (pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, product briefs) that help our team sell with confidence.
  • Develop competitive intel and market insights to inform roadmap decisions and sharpen our edge.
  • Partner with Product and RevOps to influence roadmap prioritization, adoption, and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with content and brand to turn product value into thought leadership and demand-gen campaigns.
  • Support customer marketing efforts, including case studies, testimonials, and value storytelling.
  • Measure what matters, using customer feedback and usage data to iterate and improve.
  • Own sales enablement analytics, measuring content and program performance to inform product marketing strategy and accelerate revenue impact.

  • You're a data geek. You utilize data and insights to make or back your decisions and tie marketing results to business metrics.

  • You are big-pictured and detailed oriented. You can think strategically to advance Azira’s long-term vision while focusing on the specifics of a project.
  • You thrive working autonomously and are comfortable with the unknown. When the answer isn't apparent, you know how to operate autonomously to get to the next step.

Your experience

  • 8+ years in product marketing at a high-growth location data or adtech/martech company with both brand and agency clients.
  • Deep understanding of the adtech and location data landscape, including how to position complex B2B products. 
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional GTM efforts and bring clarity in fast-moving environments.
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales teams in close collaboration with product and customer success, with extensive expertise in programming and leading internal sales training.
  • Extensive portfolio of self-produced materials that translate complex technical products into differentiated, highly visual, and compelling stories. 
  • Previous startup experience is a must.
