Protegrity is seeking a driven and curious Director of Product Management with expertise in Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs).

As a thought leader in this role, you will join an innovative team, focused on driving product strategy and development for cutting-edge solutions delivering on safety, security, and privacy of generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs).

The ideal candidate will have deep experience managing cybersecurity products and a strong track record in launching successful GenAI-driven features. 

Responsibilities: 

• Define and develop the product roadmap focusing on the safe and secure consumption of GenAI, with a specific emphasis on data security and privacy solutions. 

• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive strategy implementation and successful product launches. 

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation and innovation. 

• Help drive customer engagement, gathering insights to continuously refine product offerings and ensure alignment with business goals and market demands. 

• Define and analyze key performance indicators to measure product success and guide strategic decisions. 

• Act as the product evangelist internally and externally, effectively communicating product vision, value proposition, and roadmap. 

• Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch, including prioritization of features, resource allocation, and management of product backlog 

• Partner with legal, compliance, and ethics teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and ethical AI practices. 

Qualifications: 

• 10 - 16 years of experience as a Product Manager with demonstrated success managing cybersecurity products. 

• Strong expertise in generative AI (genAI), large language models (LLMs), and their applications within cybersecurity. 

• Demonstrated experience in successfully launching and scaling AI-driven products and features. 

• Proven ability to manage complex product roadmaps and deliver impactful products to enterprise customers. 

• Knowledge of AI and data security, compliance standards, and privacy regulations (NIST, OWASP, EU AI, GDPR, etc) 

• Experience delivering GenAI/LLM trust, risk, safety and security guardrails. 

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. 

• Ability to balance technical and business considerations in product decision-making 

• Demonstrated ability to translate technical expertise into high value product outcomes.
