This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Catalight. We are currently looking for a Director of Product Management, Healthcare Product Development in the United States.

This leadership role is designed for an experienced product professional passionate about transforming healthcare experiences for children with autism and developmental disabilities. The Director will oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with both business goals and technological capabilities. Acting as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, this role combines strategic vision, project management expertise, and empathy. You will also build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Product Management team, driving innovation while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. The position is fully remote within Pacific Time hours, with occasional travel as needed.

Accountabilities

  • Own and drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for healthcare software solutions, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to navigate IT complexities and deliver innovative, scalable solutions.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently while mitigating potential roadblocks.
  • Serve as an empathetic communicator bridging business objectives and technology capabilities.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing Product Management team, fostering leadership and development within the group.
  • Maintain subject matter expertise in healthcare services, regulations, and the needs of children with autism and developmental disabilities.
  • Apply continuous improvement and innovation in product strategy, development, and implementation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading product development in healthcare software, managing projects from concept to deployment.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget while achieving strategic objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and populations, showing sensitivity to cultural, linguistic, and socioeconomic differences.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Workday, and modern AI tools; proficiency in using collaboration and communication technologies.
