The Director of Practice Operations will lead Remo into new markets as we scale our service to more dyads. This is a leadership role responsible for practice quality, efficiency, and value creation for the families we serve. It’s perfect for an operator who cares deeply about patient experience, possesses expert knowledge of practice operations in a value-based care setting, appreciates the value of multidisciplinary teams, and has a strategic mind. Â
This role will open and manage clinic performance in new markets, ensuring we deliver world-class care to families. Built for the consummate team player, this is a highly cross-functional role where you will:

Business strategyÂ
Work closely with Business Operations, Finance and Growth teams to set achievable goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis; iterating as business needs evolve over timeÂ
Codify best practices to build the playbook for opening additional markets
Clinic operations & managementÂ
Support provider recruitment to ensure our virtual clinic is staffed appropriately to achieve revenue goals and meet customer demandÂ
Oversee the end-to-end provider licensing, credentialing and enrollment process as we scale operations in new markets Â
Build out robust provider onboarding processes to reduce practice variation and ensure all Remo providers are ready to work at top of license from day 1Â
Manage day-to-day operations of our virtual clinic (running daily huddles etc), focusing on clinic capacity, efficiency and quality of careÂ
Compliance & regulatoryÂ
Work closely with General Counsel to ensure compliance with state regulations as we expand into new markets
Collaborate with Business Operations team to ensure Remo’s compliance with CMS’s GUIDE model requirementsÂ
Stay abreast of movement on the regulatory landscape, monitoring potential changes to telehealth policy, billing requirements, new codes etc that may impact clinic operations Â
Reporting & analyticsÂ
Monitor practice performance on an ongoing basis – build out a structure to measure, report out on and analyze clinic operationsÂ
Work closely with Product team to iterate on how our technology continually drives improved clinical efficiency Â
Team leadership
Build and maintain a high performance culture aligned with Remo’s values.
Oversee RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) and LC&E departments (Licensing, Credentialing, and Enrollment).Â
Regularly report out Remo’s executive team on market results, needs, and opportunities.
Have at least 8 years in healthcare program management or clinical operationsÂ
Have at least 5-7 years of experience with practice operationsÂ
Have successfully opened a new market for an organization delivering telehealthÂ
Have exceptional project management skills; you possess an innate understanding of how to break down a complex project and manage all parts of it to completion Â
Are goal-oriented and highly organized
Have your own engine. You see what needs to be done and raise your hand, versus needing to be told what to do and how to do itÂ
Are an expert communicator and have excellent written/verbal communication skills
Have at least 2 years working in digital health organizations that deliver virtual careÂ
Care deeply about making a difference and delivering better care to older adultsÂ
Are comfortable making decisions with incomplete or ambiguous information in pursuit of the best path forward
