  • Support mergers and acquisitions by evaluating payer contracts and integration strategies
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on payer activities and performance

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in payer relations, managed care contracting, or post-acute healthcare environments
  • Strong expertise in reimbursement methodologies, payer structures, and contract negotiation across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize contracts while driving measurable financial outcomes
  • Experience resolving reimbursement issues such as denials, underpayments, and billing discrepancies
  • Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% as needed

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation package with performance-based incentives
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance options
  • Life insurance and short-term and long-term disability coverage
  • Generous paid time off and paid holidays
  • Retirement savings plan with employer matching
  • Flexible, remote-friendly work environment with travel opportunities
  • Opportunity to play a key role in a growing, mission-driven organization
