This role provides a unique opportunity to lead and scale strategic partnerships that expand market reach and drive measurable impact across multiple sectors, including employers, education, government agencies, and digital health organizations. You will be responsible for designing data-driven frameworks to prioritize channels, developing partnership strategies, and overseeing execution from inception to operational success. Acting as a strategic advisor, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, and Operations teams, ensuring alignment and maximizing the value of every partnership. The role demands both analytical rigor and relationship-building excellence, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders. This position is ideal for a leader passionate about driving growth while making a meaningful impact on access to behavioral health services.


Accountabilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic, data-driven framework for evaluating and prioritizing partnership channels and opportunities.
  • Design and execute partnership strategies that align with organizational goals, including short- and long-term growth initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment across departments to ensure partnerships are supported and resources are optimally allocated.
  • Oversee partnership implementation, including scoping, contracting, program design, launch, and lifecycle management.
  • Monitor and measure KPIs to evaluate partnership success, ROI, and operational effectiveness, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Represent the organization externally at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance visibility and cultivate networks.
  • Serve as the internal subject-matter expert on market trends, partnership opportunities, and strategic guidance for leadership.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or a related analytical discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, partnerships, or business development, preferably in healthcare or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading strategic initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with partnership lifecycle management.
  • Expertise in project management with the ability to drive initiatives from conception to completion.
  • Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for healthcare and improving access to behavioral health services.
