As Director of Partner Success, you will lead and scale strategic relationships with key partners while driving operational excellence across internal teams. You will split your time between building trusted, executive-level external relationships and translating partner needs into scalable processes and solutions internally. This role is pivotal in ensuring partner satisfaction, operational efficiency, and measurable business impact. You will influence senior stakeholders, navigate complex environments, and foster a culture of clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Accountabilities:- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic partners, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Translate partner needs into actionable, scalable processes and solutions across internal teams.
- Lead and develop a team of direct reports, fostering growth, accountability, and high performance.
- Drive process design, implementation, and continuous improvement across partner operations.
- Manage multiple partner accounts simultaneously, ensuring priorities are aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze partner and operational data to identify opportunities, inform strategy, and improve outcomes.
- Represent partner interests cross-functionally, ensuring alignment and efficient execution of initiatives.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in client success, healthcare consulting, operations, or implementations within healthcare environments.
- Proven people management experience, leading and developing teams of 3+ direct reports.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated expertise in process design, implementation, and optimization.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Data fluency, including experience with Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, or similar tools for analysis and insight-driven decision making.
- Experience aligning work to OKRs and translating team efforts into measurable business outcomes.
- Preferred: Experience with health plans, health systems, or government programs such as Medicare and Medicaid.
