Director of Partner Operations Summary: 

The Director of Partner Operations plays a pivotal role in supporting the execution of Delinea’s partner strategy. This position is responsible for overseeing the global operational framework that supports our partnerships and ensuring alignment with our business objectives. This position is instrumental in translating the strategic vision into actionable plans, driving implementation, and ensuring successful execution across all operational facets. The Director of Partner Operations focuses on the development, implementation, and ownership of processes that enhance partner engagement and operational efficiency. 

You will be joining Delinea as a key member of the Sales Operations organization and will work closely with Delinea’s partner, sales, legal, customer success and marketing teams to drive operational excellence within the partner program and maximum value to our customers. You will report to the VP of Global Sales Operations. 

 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Partner Strategy Execution – Develop and implement operational strategies that align with Delinea’s partner objectives, enhancing partner performance and engagement. 

  • Process Optimization – Identify and implement best practices and process improvements to streamline partner onboarding, training and ongoing support. 

  • Partner Portal Management - Own the partner’s sales process from a system perspective from end to end. This includes ensuring that the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) ‘s current functions are optimized and scalable and building additional functionalities as the business evolves. 

  • Partner Program Tools and Processes - Ensure there is consistency across all partner-facing tools and processes including partner onboarding/training program, partner program guides, internal process documentation, and partner incentive management. 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Systems, and Customer Success teams to align partner initiatives with company objectives and ensure cohesive execution of partner programs. 

  • Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partner operations. Provide regular reports and insights to the VP of Global GTM Operations and other stakeholders. 

  • Change Management: Lead initiatives to drive continuous improvement within partner operations, leveraging feedback from partners and internal stakeholders to enhance workflows and processes. 

 

What You’ll Bring: 

  • 7+ years of experience in partner operations, channel management, or a related role within the technology sector; 3+ years of experience in supporting a global program 

  • Proven track record of managing complex partner relationships and driving operational excellence. 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. 

  • Experience in project management and process improvement methodologies. 

  • Knowledge of the cybersecurity industry and familiarity with Delinea’s products is a plus.
