Sevaro Health is a rapidly growing teleneurology company transforming how neurological care is delivered through innovative technology, clinical expertise, and a provider-first culture. We partner with hospitals and health systems nationwide to deliver 24/7 acute neurology coverage—and are now expanding into outpatient neurology to create a seamless continuum of care from hospital to home.
Sevaro is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking leader to build, launch, and oversee our new outpatient neurology program. This is a high-impact role responsible for designing scalable workflows, care models, clinical pathways, staffing strategies, and technology integrations to support virtual and hybrid neurology care delivery.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in neuroscience or outpatient specialty environments, with proven success leading multidisciplinary teams, optimizing clinical operations, and driving patient-centered outcomes. This role requires creativity, innovation, and operational discipline to reimagine outpatient neurology in the digital era.
Program Design & Development
Build Sevaro’s outpatient neurology framework from concept through implementation.
Develop staffing models, care pathways, patient engagement workflows, and quality standards.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner closely with the COO, clinical leaders, IT, Product, and Business Development teams.
Align program goals with company growth strategy and clinical excellence initiatives.
Client Collaboration
Engage directly with hospitals and health systems to assess needs and design tailored outpatient programs.
Deliver measurable clinical value, patient satisfaction, and operational performance.
Innovation & Technology Integration
Lead creative approaches to virtual neurology using AI, digital health tools, and remote monitoring platforms.
Enhance provider efficiency, documentation quality, and patient experience.
Quality & Compliance
Establish success metrics, clinical standards, and documentation integrity.
Ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement of outcomes and workflows.
Team Growth & Mentorship
Recruit, onboard, and mentor a multidisciplinary team as the program scales.
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and patient-first care.
QUALIFICATIONS
Extensive experience in neuroscience or outpatient specialty care environments (neurology preferred).
Proven leadership background in clinical operations, ambulatory coordination, or specialty program management.
Comprehensive understanding of outpatient workflows, care transitions, and patient engagement strategies.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across clinical, technical (IT/Product), and business functions.
Track record of leveraging technology or AI to improve outcomes and streamline operations.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Advanced degree (MSN, MBA, MHA, or related field).
Experience building or scaling specialty clinics, neuroscience programs, or virtual care service lines.
Familiarity with AI decision-support tools, remote monitoring, or quality improvement programs.
