In this senior leadership role, you will guide a high-performing organization of pre-sales product specialists responsible for shaping and executing go-to-market strategies across North America. You will lead through multiple layers of management, mentoring leaders who support technical and solution-focused teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment. This role plays a critical part in aligning product strategy with customer needs while ensuring operational excellence across a large, high-impact regional team. You will act as a key advisor in executive discussions, influencing direction, priorities, and cross-functional alignment. Accountabilities

Lead and develop a team of managers overseeing North America pre-sales platform specialists, ensuring high performance and leadership growth
Mentor and support leaders in designing and executing innovative, customer-facing technical solutions
Drive alignment across product, sales, marketing, and engineering stakeholders to support go-to-market execution
Represent the North America pre-sales organization in executive leadership forums and strategic discussions
Ensure operational stability, continuity, and performance during periods of growth, transformation, and change
Define and scale repeatable processes, frameworks, and best practices for pre-sales execution
Strengthen organizational capabilities and support continuous improvement across teams and functions

Requirements

10+ years of experience in technology or SaaS environments, including leadership roles managing managers or multi-layered teams
Proven experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, product specialist, or related technical customer-facing leadership roles
Strong background in coaching, mentoring, and developing leaders at multiple organizational levels
Deep expertise in go-to-market strategy, solution architecture, and cross-functional execution in matrixed environments
Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Strong organizational and program management capabilities in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Experience with cloud technologies, enterprise software, or platform-based solutions preferred
Ability to drive business outcomes through structured leadership, planning, and execution
