  • Strong understanding of customer engagement strategies, account development, healthcare market trends, and enterprise stakeholder dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate meaningful customer insights and translate them into business strategies, resource decisions, and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to align and motivate stakeholders across matrixed organizations without relying solely on formal authority.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to engage confidently with senior executives and communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong analytical and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Proven ability to design and implement scalable solutions for sophisticated customer environments.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across commercial, medical, marketing, technology, legal, and other functions.
