We are looking for a Director of Marketing who is strategic, operationally excellent, and deeply fluent in the creator economy to join our Xsolla Partner Network marketing team, supporting both Xsolla Partner Network and Lightstream. The best candidate thrives in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment and is excited to translate strategy into execution, scale marketing operations, and drive measurable growth across creator-driven programs. Strong influencer/creator marketing expertise, cross-functional leadership, growth marketing fundamentals, and exceptional communication skills are essential. Experience in gaming, creator ecosystems, entertainment, or subscription-based products is highly valuable. The ability to manage complex workflows, orchestrate multi-team marketing initiatives, optimize performance, and guide team development will be key to your success.
