About the role
XY Investment Solutions, LLC is an SEC registered investment advisor offering a comprehensive platform serving independent, fee-only financial advisors. We offer two service models: Invest and Sapphire. XYPN Invest serves as a TAMP and sub-advisor to other State- or SEC- registered investment advisors who rely on us for outsourced investment management, trading, and back office operations. Sapphire provides a dedicated support platform for fee-only advisors to register under as IARs, allowing them to focus their energy on serving their clients while we handle the compliance, investment, and many administrative burdens of running a firm. We expect the RIA to grow substantially in the next few years.
The Director of Investment Services will play a critical leadership role in managing and optimizing investment services across our platform, including both the TAMP/subadvisor service and the corporate RIA affiliation model (Sapphire). We’re growing quickly, so we’ll need your help to scale. Your focus as Director of Investment Services will be on creating and growing an investment management process that is both customizable and scalable to serve our advisors. This is a senior position requiring a strategic leader with deep investment expertise, exceptional team management skills, and advanced knowledge of Orion and other investment technologies.
