We’re looking for a Director of Insights & Analytics to lead and scale our growing data and research practice. You’ll oversee a team of analysts and researchers responsible for delivering best-in-class social and digital performance reporting, audience research, and cultural insights that drive creative and strategic impact for our clients.

You’ll love our team if you’re equal parts left brain and right brain — fluent in data but passionate about storytelling — and if you thrive building teams, frameworks, and client relationships that make analytics feel indispensable to creative work.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Lead and grow the Insights & Analytics team — oversee a team of four (and growing) analysts and researchers who report on social and digital performance, benchmark brand progress, and surface actionable insights.
  • Establish excellence in reporting — ensure quarterly, monthly, and ad hoc reports go beyond metrics to tell meaningful stories about what’s working, why, and what to do next.
  • Oversee research and insight development — guide researchers in using tools like GWI, Sprinklr, and Brandwatch to uncover audience, cultural, and behavioral insights that inspire creative and communications strategy.
  • Standardize measurement frameworks — develop consistent methodologies, dashboards, and templates that make performance data comparable across clients and campaigns.
  • Advance the team’s ability to anticipate and project content and campaign outcomes by applying predictive modeling and scenario analysis
  • Collaborate cross-functionally — partner closely with strategy and creative teams to translate data and audience learnings into creative opportunity.
  • Client leadership — present insights to senior client partners with clarity and confidence, contextualizing results and connecting them to business goals.
  • Innovation & growth — evaluate new tools, technologies, and research approaches that enhance our analytics and insights offering.
  • Comfortable experimenting with Generative AI tools to uncover insights, spot patterns, and reimagine how people connect online.
  • Mentorship & culture — coach team members in analytics, storytelling, and stakeholder communication; champion curiosity and collaboration across disciplines.

ABOUT YOU

  • 10+ years of experience in analytics, research, or strategy, ideally within a creative, digital, or social agency environment.
  • Proven experience building and managing teams — you’ve led analysts or insight specialists before and know how to balance oversight with empowerment.
  • Deep knowledge of social and digital measurement — including KPIs, benchmarking, and performance storytelling for organic, paid, and influencer content.
  • Strong research background — experienced using tools like GWI, Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Tubular, and other social listening or audience analysis platforms.
  • Skilled in both quantitative and qualitative insight synthesis — you see data as a source of human understanding, not just numbers.
  • Exceptional presenter and communicator — you can guide a client conversation, tell a story through data, and inspire confidence through insight.
  • Natural collaborator who thrives in a creative agency setting — you know how to make analytics feel exciting, not intimidating.
  • Passion for culture, platforms, and people — you stay curious about how behavior and trends evolve online and IRL.
