Job Purpose
We are seeking a motivated and data-driven Enterprise Sales Director to join our multifamily sales team. This role is responsible for growing our existing client base and prospecting new logos within the multi-family industry.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation through research, email campaigns, cold calling and networking. Qualify lead through discovery to determine need, timelines and priorities.
- Create and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
- Sales Presentations – prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations virtually and in-person.
- Attend conferences and in person industry events focused on building sales pipeline or engaging prospective and existing clients. Address customer questions and objections effectively.
- Industry and Product Knowledge – understand and communicate the features and benefits of the PetScreening platform. Stay up to date with industry trends, legislation, and competitors’ offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in PetScreening’s HubSpot CRM. Attend and perform sales pipeline reviews and forecast during 1:1s and team sales meetings. Maintain updated account strategy and prospecting documentation.
- Achieve or exceed annual quota.
- Active update preparation and participation in all team and cross-functional meetings.

- Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with client stakeholders in each of the key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. Maintain an intimate understanding of our client’s business models, challenges, and goals. Promotes the company's reputation as an industry leader.
- Develop, improve and execute comprehensive account plans and strategies and practices that align with client objectives to ensure best-in-class relationship management, driving account penetration and revenue growth/margin across National Accounts. Establish both a short and long-term revenue growth strategy and ensure alignment between revenue growth and the organization’s broader strategic focus.
- Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key client contacts and stakeholders. Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving and collaboration skills as needed.
- Work cross-functionally and understand how to accomplish goals within the organization. Develop relationships across the organization to facilitate communication, collaboration, and achievement of goals.
- Maintain and leverage quality data and analytics to generate actionable reports and forecasts to make informed decisions, optimize account performance, and track results.
- Travel for in-person meetings with clients and partners to develop key relationships. Attending trade shows, industry and client events as necessary.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years proven success in sales to the multi-family industry.
- Experience with HubSpot, Tableau, or comparable software
- Adept at developing and implementing effective account strategies
- High proficiency in managing client relationships and expectations
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and a diverse client base
- Willingness and ability to travel 50%
- Prior recent experience in the multi-family industry preferred
- Experienced Sales Hunter - Generating leads, making calls, sending emails, completing product demo’s and closing business
