Our innovative platform curates a marketplace of digital and community-based solutions, strategically matching individuals to their best-fit care while driving successful health outcomes.</p><h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3><p>We’re seeking a Director of Enrollment and Engagement Marketing to lead strategy and performance across Solera’s health plan and employer client portfolio. This role is responsible for driving measurable enrollment into chronic condition and wellness programs through data-driven, multi-channel campaigns.</p><p>Solera is experiencing rapid growth, expanding both our client base and the scale of our existing partnerships. This role will be critical in helping scale our engagement strategy, evolve our marketing approach, and deliver measurable impact across a growing and increasingly complex client portfolio.</p><p>You’ll operate at the intersection of <strong data-start="1056" data-end="1113">consumer marketing, client partnership, and analytics</strong>—owning end-to-end engagement strategy while serving as a trusted advisor to clients. This is a <strong data-start="1209" data-end="1252">high-impact individual contributor role</strong>, ideal for a senior marketer who enjoys owning strategy and execution directly while influencing cross-functional teams.</p><h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3><p><strong>Engagement Strategy &amp; Client Partnership</strong></p><ul><li>Design and optimize member engagement strategies across Solera’s client portfolio</li><li>Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, shaping enrollment strategy and sharing insights and recommendations</li><li>Translate client goals, member populations, and program offerings into targeted marketing plans</li><li>Present strategies and performance results to senior stakeholders; build trust and influence decision-making</li></ul><p><strong>Campaign Execution &amp; Optimization</strong></p><ul><li>Lead end-to-end campaign strategy across email, SMS, direct mail, and phone channels</li><li>Partner with Marketing Operations to execute campaigns with high quality, speed, and compliance</li><li>Own enrollment forecasting and performance metrics, including conversion, cost-per-enrollment, and ROI</li><li>Continuously test and optimize messaging, targeting, and channel mix to improve performance</li></ul><p><strong>Data &amp; Insights</strong></p><ul><li>Define KPIs and translate campaign data into actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders</li><li>Apply segmentation, clinical targeting, and behavioral insights to improve engagement and relevance</li><li>Identify trends and opportunities; foster a strong test-and-learn culture</li></ul><p><strong>Leadership &amp; Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate closely with Client Success, Product, Data Analytics, Marketing Operations, and clinical teams</li><li>Help evolve Solera’s engagement marketing approach, including new processes, tools, and scalable infrastructure</li><li>Contribute to martech and automation strategy to support growth and efficiency</li></ul><h3><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></h3><ul><li>8–12 years of experience in B2C or B2B2C marketing, with deep expertise in multi-channel campaign strategy and execution</li><li>Proven success driving measurable acquisition, enrollment, or engagement outcomes</li><li>Strong client-facing experience, with demonstrated responsibility for managing or advising clients (e.g., agency, consulting, or client-facing internal roles)</li><li>Deep experience with lifecycle marketing channels such as email, SMS, and direct mail</li><li>Strong analytical skills; comfortable owning performance metrics and translating data into action</li><li>Experience operating in complex, multi-client environments with competing priorities and compliance considerations</li><li>Experience with marketing automation and customer data platforms (e.g., Iterable, Segment) and interest in leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and performance</li><li>Strong creative instincts, including experience developing briefs, reviewing messaging, and guiding campaign execution</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills</li></ul><h3><strong>Nice to Have</strong></h3><ul><li>Healthcare or digital health experience</li><li>Familiarity with HIPAA and TCPA compliance</li><li>Experience with campaign automation, segmentation, and personalization at scale</li></ul><h3><strong>Travel</strong></h3><ul><li>This is a remote position based in the U.S.</li><li>Occasional domestic travel required for client meetings and team events (up to 10%)</li></ul><h3><strong>What&nbsp;We&nbsp;Offer</strong></h3><ul><li>Competitive salary, bonus and equity opportunity</li><li>Comprehensive&nbsp;medical,&nbsp;dental,&nbsp;and&nbsp;vision&nbsp;coverage&nbsp;starting&nbsp;Day&nbsp;One</li><li>Flexible&nbsp;time&nbsp;off&nbsp;beyond&nbsp;standard&nbsp;company&nbsp;holidays</li><li>401(k)&nbsp;with&nbsp;company&nbsp;match&nbsp;and&nbsp;financial&nbsp;wellness&nbsp;resources</li><li>Generous&nbsp;parental&nbsp;leave&nbsp;and&nbsp;adoption&nbsp;assistance</li><li>Remote-first&nbsp;work&nbsp;culture&nbsp;with&nbsp;team&nbsp;events&nbsp;and&nbsp;community&nbsp;building</li><li>Phone&nbsp;stipend&nbsp;and&nbsp;wellness&nbsp;perks&nbsp;(Fitbit,&nbsp;fitness/mental&nbsp;health&nbsp;app&nbsp;access)</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><em>Disclaimer: The information contained herein is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of the duties and responsibilities of the job, nor are they intended to be an all-inclusive list of the skills and abilities required to do the job.
