Position Overview:
The Director of Engagement will play a key role in expanding The Kindness Revolution’s impact by connecting with referred prospects and arranging appointments to discuss opportunities for partnership. This role focuses on outreach, communication, and relationship-building to engage insurance agents and other potential partners in our proven marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact referred prospects via phone and email daily to schedule appointments for partnership discussions.
  • Present The Kindness Revolution’s unique cause-marketing campaigns to prospects, highlighting the value of participation for insurance agents.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships and drive engagement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and appointments in a CRM system.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement in outreach strategies.
  • Meet or exceed outreach and appointment-setting goals on a weekly and monthly basis.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or client outreach (2+ years preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to manage daily email and phone outreach activities efficiently.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • A passion for kindness, community involvement, and cause-driven marketing.

Benefits

$50,000- $100,000 expected income.
