This role sits at the intersection of creator economy growth and performance-driven financial services marketing, focusing on building and scaling a high-impact creator ecosystem. You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and activating creators who can meaningfully influence consumer financial decisions across categories such as insurance, banking, credit cards, loans, and debt solutions. The position emphasizes building the supply side of a creator marketplace, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality partners across major social and content platforms. Working in a data-driven and performance-oriented environment, you will collaborate closely with internal marketing and category teams who execute campaigns and optimize performance. You will also play a key role in shaping how creator partnerships contribute to customer acquisition at scale. This is a strategic, high-growth opportunity to define best practices in creator-led financial services marketing.


Accountabilities:
  • Build and scale a structured creator acquisition engine by identifying, sourcing, and recruiting creators across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, podcasts, newsletters, and emerging digital channels.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of creators aligned with financial services verticals, ensuring consistent supply of high-quality partners for campaign activation.
  • Expand and diversify the creator ecosystem, focusing on influencers and content creators capable of driving trust, education, and conversion in complex financial decision-making journeys.
  • Design and implement onboarding processes that enable creators to participate effectively in performance-based marketing programs.
  • Partner with internal category marketing teams across insurance, credit cards, banking, loans, and debt solutions to match creators with appropriate campaigns and ensure seamless handoff for execution and optimization.
  • Monitor creator economy trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging distribution models to inform sourcing and partnership strategies.
  • Evaluate creator performance and partnership potential using engagement metrics, audience quality insights, and conversion data.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, digital growth, or social media strategy.
  • Proven track record of building, scaling, or managing creator ecosystems or influencer networks.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing principles, affiliate models, and customer acquisition economics.
  • Experience working in cross-functional marketing environments, partnering closely with campaign, growth, or category teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate creator performance using data, engagement metrics, and conversion insights.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage external creator relationships and internal stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience in fintech, personal finance, or regulated industries is highly valued.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven digital marketing environment.
