As our Director of Client Service Delivery, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing strong client relationships, supporting service delivery teams, and driving process improvements to ensure high-quality performance. You will work closely with internal operations teams and client stakeholders to ensure that deliverables are met and client expectations are exceeded. The Service Delivery team acts as an intermediary between Customer Partners and Operations. To excel in this role, you should have a solid understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) back-end patient financial services, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to interpret data.
Here’s What You Can Expect
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in revenue cycle management, with expertise in back-end patient financial services; hospital or health system experience is preferred, along with familiarity with Epic or similar EMR platforms.
Proven ability to support or manage client relationships in a matrixed or outsourced environment, demonstrating strong communication skills across teams and organizational levels.
Solid project management skills and a strong analytical mindset, with a working understanding of Lean/Six Sigma principles and the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and support decision-making.
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $112,718.72 - $187,269.24 per year .
