This leadership role offers a unique opportunity to shape the financial strategy and investor communications of a high-growth, capital-intensive company. You will translate operational performance into clear, credible financial narratives, design and maintain key metrics and dashboards, and drive capital formation initiatives across equity and debt. Collaborating closely with executive leadership, you will provide strategic insight, prepare board materials, and manage investor relations, ensuring transparency and confidence in financial performance. This position operates at the intersection of finance, strategy, and capital markets, providing the autonomy to define frameworks, influence growth strategy, and lead initiatives from concept to execution. Accountabilities:- Lead the development and evolution of the company’s operating model, forecasting framework, and long-term financial architecture
- Translate operational performance into clear and credible financial narratives for investors and board members
- Define, track, and refine KPIs to demonstrate the strength, scalability, and resilience of the business model
- Monitor industry trends, competitor positioning, and capital market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making
- Support equity and debt capital raise execution, including investor materials, diligence coordination, and partner engagement
- Structure and communicate complex financing initiatives, including debt and securitization strategies
- Prepare board materials, investor updates, quarterly reports, and strategic financial analyses
- Implement and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to increase transparency and credibility
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, structured finance, or strategic finance within high-growth companies
- Direct experience engaging institutional investors and capital partners
- Demonstrated ability to support early-stage or growth-stage fundraising processes
- Strong financial modeling skills with experience building operating models from first principles
- Experience preparing board-facing materials and collaborating closely with executive leadership
- Knowledge of capital markets, debt structuring, and securitization
- Understanding of asset-heavy, hardware-enabled, or recurring revenue business models
- Strong executive presence, independent judgment, and ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
