By serving patients in all 50 states with reimbursed care, we are making sleep treatment more accessible, more personal, and much simpler than it has ever been.</p></div><h3><strong>Your Opportunity</strong></h3><p>We’re hiring a <strong>Director of Brand & Communications</strong> to define, own, and scale the brand and communications strategy across <strong>Dreem Health</strong> and <strong>Sunrise</strong>.</p><p>This is a fully remote role, but you must live and work in the Central or Eastern Time Zone.</p><p>This role is <strong>80% focused on Dreem Health</strong>, our virtual sleep clinic helping people get the care they need to sleep better, and <strong>20% on Sunrise</strong>, our MedTech arm developing diagnostic and therapeutic solutions for sleep apnea.</p><p>This is a senior, high-impact role reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, operating at the intersection of:</p><ul><li><strong>Strategy:</strong> Defining brand positioning, narrative, and messaging frameworks</li><li><strong>Creative Direction:</strong> Setting the bar for content quality, storytelling, and experimentation</li><li><strong>Execution & Leadership:</strong> Building systems, processes, and a small but mighty content team that delivers consistently</li></ul><p>You’ll be the <strong>primary owner of the brand</strong>, both internally and externally, shaping how patients, clinicians, partners, and the broader market experience Dreem Health and Sunrise.</p><p>If you’re energized by the intersection of healthcare, technology and storytelling - and you care deeply about improving sleep and helping people feel better every day - this job is for you!</p><h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Own brand and communications strategy end-to-end</strong>, defining positioning, messaging, and voice across Dreem Health (80%) and Sunrise (20%).</li><li><strong>Set and execute the organic content strategy</strong> across social, website, landing pages, blog, email, PR narratives, and marketing enablement materials.</li><li><strong>Lead and develop a small content team</strong>, starting with a junior/mid-level Social Media & Content Manager, and scale production through freelancers or agencies as needed.</li><li><strong>Translate clinical expertise and patient outcomes into compelling, credible storytelling</strong> for patients, clinicians, partners, and media.</li><li><strong>Provide creative direction while staying close to execution</strong>, leveraging AI and modern tools to move fast and test new formats.</li></ul><h3><strong>What You Bring</strong></h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.</li><li>7+ years of experience leading brand, content, or communications in a healthcare or wellness tech/fast-growing environment.</li><li>Proven experience owning a brand narrative end-to-end, not just executing content.</li><li>Strong storyteller, creative instincts and visual sensibility.</li><li>Ability to turn complex clinical or technical topics into simple, engaging, trustworthy content.</li><li>Comfort using modern tools and AI (e.g., Figma, Canva, ChatGPT, Midjourney, short-form video tools).</li><li>Familiarity with SEO and content performance tooling (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).</li><li>Genuine interest in sleep, health, and helping people better understand and improve their well-being.</li></ul><h3><strong>What We Offer</strong></h3><ul><li>Meaningful work that directly improves peoples’ lives</li><li>Be part of an international team across the US, France, Belgium</li><li>Annual company offsite</li><li>Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision)</li><li>FREE One Medical membership</li><li>401(k) with company match</li><li>20 days PTO + 10 paid holidays + 80 hours paid sick leave</li><li>Monthly phone and internet stipend </li></ul><h3><strong>About our Team</strong></h3><p>At Sunrise Group, we’re tackling real sleep health challenges that affect millions.
