This senior leadership role is responsible for shaping and executing the sales strategy for advanced audio-visual solutions across a broad and dynamic market. You will lead a high-performing sales organization, driving revenue growth through both direct and channel sales models. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on commercial leadership, requiring close collaboration across marketing, product, engineering, and operations teams. You will build and strengthen long-term relationships with key customers, integrators, consultants, and partners within the AV ecosystem. With a strong focus on pipeline discipline and forecasting accuracy, you will ensure consistent commercial performance and market expansion.
