Introduction:
Verifiable is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to serve as the Director of Account Management. In this role, you will lead and scale the Account Management team, partnering closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to drive retention and expansion within Verifiable’s existing customer base. The ideal candidate will bring a track record of managing high-performing teams, a deep understanding of renewal and expansion strategies, and the ability to foster strong cross-functional collaboration to drive customer growth.
