About the roleÂ
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will will lead the strategic growth of new customer acquisition across direct mail, affiliate marketing, and search engine marketing. This role will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team, optimizing spend across channels, and driving innovation in targeting, creative development, and performance measurement to maximize growth and profitability.Â

Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
Provide strategic leadership across affiliate marketing, SEO/SEM, and direct mail analytics to drive scalable customer acquisition.
Oversee the development, execution, and continuous optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Partner with underwriting and analytics teams to design and implement data-driven strategies for targeting, offer development, and creative testing.
Lead the development and deployment of test-and-learn frameworks to evaluate campaign effectiveness and apply insights to future initiatives.
Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities, including emerging channels, partnerships, and data sources.
Optimize affiliate algorithms and bidding strategies to drive incremental, profitable volume.
Serve as a key business stakeholder in the development and evaluation of predictive models, collaborating closely with modeling teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

Skills, Knowledge, and ExpertiseÂ
6+ years of experience in financial analytics or performance marketing, with a strong track record of driving measurable growth.
Demonstrated success in managing and scaling customer acquisition programs across multiple channels.
Hands-on experience with data analysis tools such as SQL and Python, with the ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating across departments to achieve business objectives.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic decisions.Â

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere that suits you best! While you’ll primarily work from home, you are always welcome to visit our office in Irving, TX, whenever you choose. We encourage our remote team members to stay connected through regular virtual meetings and team events. All team members must reside in one of our approved locations by their start date, ensuring you remain part of our collaborative community.Â
