This senior leadership role is responsible for driving the successful delivery of large-scale, complex enterprise programs spanning digital transformation, automation, and operational modernization. The Director, NA Professional Services PMO will oversee a high-performing team of program and project managers, ensuring disciplined execution across multiple concurrent workstreams with significant business impact. This role requires strong governance, portfolio oversight, and the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders around clear delivery objectives and measurable outcomes. You will play a critical role in translating complex enterprise initiatives into structured execution plans that deliver value across technology, operations, and infrastructure domains. The position also involves executive-level reporting, risk management, and vendor coordination across global programs. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring strong execution discipline, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills.
Accountabilities:- Lead and scale the Enterprise PMO to ensure consistent, on-time, and on-budget delivery of strategic enterprise programs
- Oversee complex, multi-workstream initiatives spanning technology, operations, infrastructure, and business transformation across multiple geographies
- Establish and manage program governance frameworks, portfolio oversight structures, and executive reporting mechanisms
- Drive end-to-end delivery of enterprise programs across automation, digital transformation, and enabling technologies
- Manage program budgets, resources, timelines, risks, dependencies, and issues while ensuring proactive mitigation strategies
- Lead cross-functional coordination across business, IT, operations, vendors, and external partners to ensure aligned execution
- Oversee customer and stakeholder engagement, ensuring effective communication, escalation management, and alignment throughout program delivery
- Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing PMO talent while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in program and project management, including enterprise-scale delivery in complex environments
- 5+ years of experience leading an Enterprise PMO or managing teams of program/project managers
- Proven track record of delivering large, multi-workstream transformation programs across technology, operations, and infrastructure domains
- Strong expertise in digital transformation, automation, and enterprise technology implementation
- Experience managing large portfolios with significant budgets and cross-functional dependencies
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Deep understanding of program governance, portfolio management, and change management practices
- Proficiency with enterprise PM tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, or similar platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field required; certifications such as PMP, SAFe, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma preferred
