Our enterprise offering, AIStor, is engineered to handle the scale, speed, and pressure of modern AI and analytics, from terabytes to exabytes, all in a single namespace.</p><p>We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Marketing Automation to lead the implementation, optimization, and innovation of our marketing technology ecosystem. This leadership role will be instrumental in scaling MinIO’s global marketing engine, advancing our lead lifecycle strategy, and ensuring best-in-class automation across our entire demand generation pipeline. You will manage marketing platforms, build and execute lifecycle programs, and drive full-funnel performance metrics—all while partnering closely with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Growth.</p><h3><strong>What You Will Do<br></strong></h3><p><strong>Marketing Automation &amp; Systems Management</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing technology systems strategy, balancing best-in-class tools with operational efficiency.</li><li>Own and administer our marketing automation platforms ensuring seamless integration, governance, and scalability.</li><li>Lead the evaluation, implementation, and onboarding of new martech systems across the stack.</li></ul><p><strong>Lifecycle &amp; Lead Management</strong></p><ul><li>Architect and maintain the lead lifecycle strategy, ensuring precise segmentation, lead scoring, routing, nurturing flows.</li><li>Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to align lifecycle stages, funnel definitions, SLAs, and handoff processes to maximize conversion rates and pipeline velocity.</li><li>Optimize lead-to-account matching and routing.</li></ul><p><strong>Intent &amp; ABM Platforms</strong></p><ul><li>Manage intent platforms to surface high-intent prospects and operationalize ABM strategies.</li><li>Partner with BDR and Sales Enablement teams to integrate intent signals into outreach workflows and cadences.</li></ul><p><strong>Campaign Enablement &amp; Execution</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee the strategy, build, QA, and performance of marketing emails, nurture streams, triggered workflows, and lifecycle programs.</li><li>Work cross-functionally to enable demand campaigns, webinars, and content syndication with a data-first approach.</li><li>Standardize testing, deliverability, and compliance best practices across platforms and domains.</li></ul><p><strong>Measurement &amp; Optimization</strong></p><ul><li>Define, track, and report on conversion metrics from top-of-funnel engagement through closed-won deals.</li><li>Build and maintain dashboards that surface actionable insights for pipeline generation, channel performance, and campaign ROI.</li><li>Use A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization strategies to constantly improve key metrics across the funnel.</li></ul><h3><strong>Your Skills and Experience</strong></h3><ul><li>7–10 years of experience in B2B marketing operations or demand generation, with at least 3 years in a leadership or director-level role.</li><li>Hands-on expertise in Marketo and HubSpot is a must; certification a plus.</li><li>Proven track record of owning marketing automation platforms and deploying scalable systems strategies.</li><li>Deep experience with lead lifecycle models, marketing attribution, and CRM integration (preferably Salesforce).</li><li>Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with BI/reporting tools such as Tableau, Looker, or equivalent.</li><li>Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly technical, data-centric environment.</li><li>Excellent project management, vendor evaluation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.</li><li>Experience in the open source, infrastructure, or cloud-native technology space.</li><li>Familiarity with tools like Segment, Outreach, Mutiny, Chili Piper, ZoomInfo.</li><li>Background in ABM, product-led growth (PLG) motions, or sales-assisted marketing strategies.</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental &amp; Vision)</li><li>401K with 3% Contribution</li><li>Pre-IPO Stock Options</li><li>At least 12 Public Holidays</li><li>Flexible Time Off</li></ul></section><div class="content-conclusion"><h5><strong>Equal Opportunity Policy (EEO)</strong></h5><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">MinIO is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and an affirmative action employer.
