This is a senior commercial leadership role focused on shaping how a digital advertising platform is positioned, understood, and selected in a highly competitive ad tech ecosystem. You will operate at the intersection of marketing, sales enablement, and client strategy, directly influencing revenue growth through storytelling, positioning, and market differentiation. The role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution, translating complex data, AI, and programmatic capabilities into clear value propositions that resonate with advertisers, agencies, and partners. You will work closely with sales, client success, and leadership teams to strengthen deal conversion, improve win rates, and deepen client relationships. In addition, you will help elevate brand presence through thought leadership, PR, and industry engagement. This is a high-impact role where commercial strategy, narrative design, and market influence converge to drive business growth.


Accountabilities:
  • Define and own market positioning and messaging strategy, ensuring clear differentiation in a competitive ad tech landscape including DSPs, SSPs, and exchanges.
  • Translate complex capabilities such as first-party data, AI-driven targeting, and programmatic dynamics into compelling narratives that support sales and client engagement.
  • Partner closely with pre-sales and sales teams to develop pitch materials, proposals, case studies, and messaging frameworks that improve conversion and win rates.
  • Continuously refine messaging based on client feedback, deal performance, and market insights to strengthen commercial effectiveness.
  • Support client success teams in enhancing onboarding, engagement, retention, and expansion opportunities through stronger storytelling and positioning.
  • Lead external communications including PR, thought leadership, and industry engagement to strengthen brand credibility and visibility.
  • Own the company’s website and brand ecosystem to ensure consistent, value-driven messaging across all commercial touchpoints.
  • Develop strategies to increase word-of-mouth growth, client advocacy, and ecosystem influence across demand and supply stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, commercial strategy, sales enablement, or related roles within digital advertising or ad tech environments.
  • Strong understanding of the ad tech ecosystem, including programmatic advertising, DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, and marketplace dynamics.
  • Proven track record of influencing revenue outcomes through positioning, storytelling, and sales collaboration.
  • Experience working closely with sales, pre-sales, and client-facing teams in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear and persuasive messaging.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability in lean or fast-moving organizations.
  • Ability to operate effectively across multiple stakeholders and influence both internal teams and external market perception.
