the largest digital Healthcare publishing platform and programmatic provider that offers solutions for reaching healthcare professionals (HCP) and direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.Overview:  Adprime is seeking a senior, commercially driven marketing leader to define and elevate our market positioning, directly influence revenue growth, and strengthen our presence across the digital advertising ecosystem. You will operate at the intersection of marketing, pre-sales, and client experience, owning how Adprime is understood, valued, and selected by clients. You will work closely with sales, leadership, and client teams to translate Adprime’s first party data, AI, and ad tech capabilities into clear, differentiated narratives that drive new business, accelerate deals, and deepen client relationships. Core Responsibilities: <ol style="text-align: justify;"><li> Market Positioning and Narrative Ownership</li></ol><ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>Define and own Adprime’s positioning in a competitive landscape that includes DSPs, SSPs, and ad exchanges </li><li>Translate complex capabilities such as first party data, AI, dynamic targeting, and supply and demand dynamics into clear and compelling messaging </li><li>Develop a consistent and differentiated narrative used across sales, clients, and external channels </li></ul><ol style="text-align: justify;"><li> Revenue Enablement and Pre-Sales Integration</li></ol><ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>Act as a core partner to the pre-sales team in shaping pitches, proposals, and go-to-market strategies </li><li>Build and refine sales materials, case studies, and storytelling frameworks that improve win rates </li><li>Continuously iterate messaging based on deal feedback, objections, and client insights </li><li>Contribute directly to pipeline acceleration and revenue growth </li></ul><ol style="text-align: justify;"><li> Client Experience and Growth Support</li></ol><ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>Collaborate with client service teams to strengthen onboarding, communication, and long-term engagement </li><li>Identify opportunities to support upsell and cross sell through stronger positioning and storytelling </li><li>Translate performance into compelling client narratives and success stories </li></ul><ol style="text-align: justify;"><li> Industry Presence, PR, and Thought Leadership</li></ol><ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>Lead PR and external communication efforts to position Adprime as a credible voice in digital advertising </li><li>Build executive visibility through thought leadership, content, and industry engagement </li><li>Increase brand recognition and trust across agencies, brands, and partners </li></ul><ol style="text-align: justify;"><li> Social Media and Brand Amplification</li></ol><ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>Define and execute a social media strategy focused on credibility, insights, and engagement rather than volume </li><li>Promote Adprime’s capabilities, people, and client successes </li><li>Engage with industry conversations and amplify the company’s voice </li></ul><ol style="text-align: justify;"><li> Website and Brand Ecosystem</li></ol><ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>Own the Adprime website as a core commercial asset </li><li>Ensure it clearly communicates value propositions, supports sales conversations, and reflects positioning </li><li>Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints including decks, materials, and external communications </li></ul><ol style="text-align: justify;"><li> Word of Mouth and Market Influence</li></ol><ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>Develop strategies to drive referrals, client advocacy, and organic growth </li><li>Turn clients and partners into promoters of Adprime’s capabilities </li><li>Leverage relationships across the advertising ecosystem to expand reach and credibility </li></ul><ol style="text-align: justify;"><li> Demand and Supply Alignment</li></ol><ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>Shape messaging that resonates with both sides of the marketplace including advertisers, agencies, publishers, and partners </li><li>Ensure Adprime’s value is clearly understood across demand and supply stakeholders </li></ul>What This Role Is Not: <ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>Not a paid media buying or campaign execution role </li><li>Not focused on lead volume or performance marketing metrics </li><li>Not dependent on large marketing budgets to drive results </li></ul>Qualifications: <ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>8 or more years of experience in marketing, commercial strategy, or sales enablement within digital advertising or ad tech </li><li>Strong understanding of the ad tech ecosystem including DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, and programmatic </li><li>Proven ability to influence revenue through positioning, storytelling, and sales support </li><li>Experience working closely with sales and client facing teams </li><li>Exceptional communication and narrative building skills </li><li>Ability to operate both strategically
