Applications from candidates located outside this region will not be reviewed.<h2>Job Overview</h2>The Director Immigration Technology Solutions at Mitratech is critically important to the development and success of the strategy and growth of our immigration-focused products and services. The role will span a variety of key business areas, including overseeing the relationship with our top-tier immigration clients, helping to drive a product strategy that is in line with market expectations, shaping the immigration product roadmap in close collaboration with Product Management, serving as the primary voice of the customer and market, and acting as a strategic advisor both internally and with clients on immigration and adjacent automation topics and representing Mitratech as a thought leader in the space. This role is highly collaborative and requires a high degree of influence across various functions within the Mitratech business and with partners, clients, and industry groups such as AILA and AIC.<h2>Responsibilities & Expectations:</h2><ul><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Act as a strategic advisor to clients, in partnership with account management teams, drive product adoption, build advocacy, and create referenceable accounts</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support new sales efforts by participating in deal cycles and consulting with prospects on the immigration process and digital transformation, as well as identifying and pursuing cross-sell opportunities for Mitratech’s workflow and document automation products</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support account management teams on renewals, upsell, and cross-sell strategy, including expansion into workflow automation and document management solutions across the broader client base</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Stay current on global immigration trends and act as an internal subject matter expert on how substantive or technological changes in the industry should influence Mitratech’s immigration products and market positioning.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partner with Product Management to define and prioritize the immigration product roadmap, translating client feedback, market trends, and regulatory developments into actionable product requirements</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Provide competitive intelligence and market positioning insights to inform the go-to-market strategy for immigration and adjacent Mitratech products</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Represent Mitratech in marketing activities and industry events as an industry and product expert</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Create and publish thought leadership content to enable demand generation efforts</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead internal training on immigration-related topics, trends, and content</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Drive partnerships with immigration industry-related organizations, including adjacent software providers.</li></ul><h2>Requirements & Skills:</h2><ul><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">7+ years of proven experience working in the immigration industry as a practitioner, technologist or operations specialist</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience contributing to or influencing a software product or technology roadmap, including gathering and synthesizing customer and market requirements</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated ability to cross-sell or expand platform solutions; familiarity with workflow automation, document management, or legal operations software is a strong plus</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Highly effective communication skills that convey professionalism in all written, verbal, and in-person meeting</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Successful track record achieving targets both individually and for the team</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to drive initiative via collaboration and influence across clients and internal functions</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to personally demonstrate and train others</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">A critical thinker with strong negotiating and strategic selling skills, and the ability to “see the forest for the trees”</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Highly developed organizational, planning, and management skills</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proven ability to develop/drive and thrive in a metrics-driven, process-based environment with high accountability</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">High sales IQ yet works collaboratively and is open to coaching</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Travel as required (~10%)</li></ul> Compensation:Mitratech remains committed to equitable and transparent pay practices. Final base salary offered may vary from the range listed and will be determined after carefully considering multiple factors during the hiring process, including location, relevant experience and education, required competencies and skill proficiency level, and review of internal equity. Total compensation includes US employee benefits and annual bonus eligibility.
