Accountabilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies, programs, and policies aligned with overall business objectives and operational needs
- Partner closely with leadership to drive workforce planning, talent acquisition strategies, and retention initiatives
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting engagement, accountability, and strong leadership practices
- Analyze workforce data and trends to identify risks, uncover insights, and recommend actionable solutions
- Lead change management initiatives, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder alignment, and successful adoption
- Oversee succession planning, leadership development, and performance management processes
- Support hiring and selection processes for both hourly and salaried roles, ensuring fair and compliant practices
- Manage and contribute to cross-functional projects that enhance HR operations and the overall employee experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional or military experience; degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities
- Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and ability to leverage data analytics to inform decision-making
- Experience connecting HR strategies to business outcomes and financial performance
- Knowledge of employee relations practices, labor environments, and workforce management in operational settings
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
- Willingness to travel up to 50% and work flexible hours as required
