Director, HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director, HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support Transcarent’s Commercial organization.  Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role will act as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership, driving talent strategies that accelerate revenue growth, sales enablement, and organizational scalability.This position is remote-first, consistent with the structure of our Commercial team, and requires a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven, and distributed environment.What You Will Do<ul><li>Serve as a strategic HR partner and advisor to the Commercial leadership team, aligning people strategy with commercial and revenue objectives.</li><li>Support sales enablement through talent planning, capability building, and performance optimization.</li><li>Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development to ensure the right roles, structure, and skills are in place to achieve growth goals.</li><li>Partner with Sales leaders on performance management, incentive alignment, and employee engagement initiatives that drive accountability and results.</li><li>Collaborate with Total Rewards and Finance to align compensation structures and sales incentive programs with strategic objectives.</li><li>Identify and develop leadership talent within the Commercial organization; drive succession planning and career development initiatives.</li><li>Analyze people and performance data to uncover insights, forecast talent needs, and inform proactive action plans.</li><li>Coach and support sales managers to strengthen leadership capability and create high-performing teams.</li><li>Champion Transcarent’s culture and values, ensuring they remain core to how we attract, engage, and retain top sales talent in a remote-first environment.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years as a strategic HR Business Partner supporting Sales or Go-to-Market organizations.</li><li>Proven success partnering with revenue leaders in high-growth, fast-paced environments (healthcare, tech, or SaaS experience strongly preferred).</li><li>Strong understanding of sales organizations, including incentive design, enablement, and quota-driven performance environments.</li><li>Excellent business acumen, with the ability to connect talent strategy directly to sales outcomes.</li><li>Demonstrated success in organizational design, leadership development, and change management.</li><li>Exceptional communication, influence, and relationship-building skills at all levels.</li><li>Data-driven and comfortable using metrics to guide decisions and drive accountability.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field</li></ul>Why Transcarent<ul><li>Join a mission-driven company transforming the health and care experience.</li><li>Partner with innovative leaders driving exponential sales growth.</li><li>Be part of a remote-first, collaborative culture that values flexibility, impact, and excellence.</li><li>Competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for growth in a rapidly scaling organization.</li></ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">As a remote position, the salary range for this role is:</div><div class="pay-range">$165,000—$185,000 USD</div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion">Who we are  Transcarent and Accolade have come together to create the One Place for Health and Care, the leading personalized health and care experience that delivers unmatched choice, quality, and outcomes.
