This is a high-impact technical leadership role at the intersection of engineering, data, and go-to-market strategy. As Director GTM Engineering, you will own the architecture and evolution of the systems that power revenue generation, marketing automation, and customer lifecycle management. You will shape how data flows across CRM, marketing platforms, analytics, and AI systems to enable scalable, intelligent growth. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic cross-functional influence across Revenue, Growth, and Data teams. You will be responsible for building a high-performing engineering function while modernizing the GTM technology stack. Accountabilities:- Own and evolve the end-to-end GTM architecture across CRM, marketing automation, data platforms, analytics, and revenue systems
- Lead the design of scalable integrations and data flows between Salesforce, Marketo, demand generation tools, and downstream analytics systems
- Build and lead a high-performing GTM engineering team, setting roadmap priorities and delivering both quick wins and long-term platform improvements
- Partner closely with Growth, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Data teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Establish standards for data governance, tracking, attribution, privacy, and system reliability across the GTM ecosystem
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and QA processes to ensure visibility and health of all GTM systems
- Drive the creation of reusable frameworks, automation patterns, and AI-ready infrastructure for experimentation and optimization
- Align GTM systems strategy with broader company objectives, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- 10–15+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or GTM/revenue systems engineering in high-growth environments
- Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo), and CRM-integrated ecosystems
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable APIs, data pipelines, workflow engines, and system architectures
- Experience building and leading engineering teams focused on GTM, revenue, or marketing systems
- Deep understanding of data-driven growth, experimentation frameworks, attribution, and lifecycle marketing systems
- Strong cross-functional communication skills with experience influencing senior business and technical stakeholders
- Background in B2B SaaS, fintech, or similar data-intensive environments is highly preferred
- Experience with AI-driven GTM systems or automation is a strong plus
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments with strong execution focus
