style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">10+ years of progressive experience in digital fundraising, grassroots engagement, or direct response programs, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role with direct revenue accountability. </span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Demonstrated expertise running complex, high-volume email programs and multi-channel fundraising strategies at significant scale, ideally with a global or multilingual audience.</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Proven ability
