Join us.</p></div><h4><strong>About the Role:</strong></h4><p>As <strong>Director, Global Supply and Demand Planning</strong>, you will lead the end to end planning process that enables predictable production, optimized inventory levels, and reliable global fulfillment. You will ensure commercial demand signals are aligned with global manufacturing capabilities and supply continuity.&nbsp;You will build and scale the planning function, partner closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, Engineering, and external suppliers, and create the systems and structure that support efficient, resilient hardware production.</p><h4><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h4><ul><li>Own the 12 to 24 month rolling demand forecast and drive alignment through the S&amp;OP process</li><li>Translate demand signals into capacity, production, and procurement plans across global suppliers</li><li>Manage performance based volume allocation to balance quality, capacity, and business priorities</li><li>Define and lead inventory strategy including safety stock, reorder points, and buffer planning</li><li>Oversee MRP execution to ensure component readiness and continuity of supply</li><li>Conduct scenario planning and risk mitigation to address demand variability, supply constraints, or market changes</li><li>Coordinate with manufacturing partners and contractors to validate build readiness and execution against plan</li><li>Align supply plans with logistics and fulfillment strategies to support global availability</li><li>Lead cross functional planning alignment with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Engineering</li><li>Build dashboards and manage KPIs across forecasting accuracy, supply adherence, inventory health, and supplier performance</li></ul><h4><strong>Qualifications</strong></h4><ul><li>12+&nbsp; years of supply chain, demand planning, or operations leadership experience</li><li>Strong global manufacturing and supplier management experience</li><li>Expertise in S&amp;OP and IBP processes and forecasting methodologies</li><li>Proficiency with ERP, MRP, APS, and BI or analytics tools</li><li>Strong analytical skills supported by clear written and verbal communication</li><li>Experience with planning systems, performance based supplier allocation, and hardware manufacturing environments is preferred</li><li>APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is preferred</li></ul><p><em>The US base salary range for this full-time position is $170,000.00 to $190,000.00. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
