  • Proven experience managing large global media budgets and optimizing for efficiency and ROI.
  • Strong expertise in paid media ecosystems (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, programmatic platforms).
  • Deep analytical capability with experience in forecasting, data modeling, and performance measurement.
  • Experience working with attribution systems, marketing analytics tools, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Marketo.
  • Strong leadership background, including building and scaling high-performing, multi-region teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across executive and cross-functional partners.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience collaborating with Finance, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Data Science teams is highly valued.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $190,000 to $280,000, plus bonus and equity opportunities
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions
  • Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP)
  • Paid time off including 20 vacation days and 12 company holidays
  • Flexible hybrid/remote working approach with global collaboration opportunities
  • Professional development in a high-growth, data-driven environment
  • Access to advanced marketing tools, AI-driven platforms, and experimentation frameworks.
