This role requires strong financial modeling expertise, experience with board-level reporting, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. The ideal candidate is a high-integrity, credible leader who can scale FP&A processes, partner effectively across the business, and develop a high-performing team. What You'll Do<ul><li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Develop and implement comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes that align with the company’s strategic goals.</li><li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management and the executive team to guide business decisions and drive financial performance.</li><li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Lead and mentor the FP&A team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and professional growth.</li><li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Oversee the quality and accuracy of financial analyses, reports, and presentations produced by the FP&A team.</li><li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Direct the preparation of detailed financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance metrics, trends, and insights.</li><li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Conduct complex financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, business cases, and investment decisions.</li><li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic financial forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.</li><li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate with various departments to gather inputs, analyze assumptions, and consolidate financial plans.</li><li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Develop and refine financial models to evaluate business scenarios, assess risks, and support strategic planning.</li><li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Provide financial leadership and support for strategic projects, mergers and acquisitions, capital investments, and other key initiatives.</li><li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial planning, reporting, and analysis, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.</li><li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Develop and optimize financial systems, tools, and methodologies to support robust financial planning and reporting.</li><li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Act as a key business partner to senior leaders and department heads, providing financial guidance, analysis, and support for operational and strategic decisions.</li><li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive financial success.</li><li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ensure financial activities and reporting comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.</li><li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Oversee internal and external audit processes, providing necessary documentation and addressing any audit findings.</li><li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Additional responsibilities as assigned.</li></ul> What You Bring<ul><li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is highly preferred.</li><li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">12+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or director-level role.</li><li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.</li><li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.</li><li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and effectively to senior executives and stakeholders.</li><li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across the organization.</li><li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proven leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing a high-performing FP&A team.</li><li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manual Dexterity: Repetitive motion of wrists, hands and fingers for using a computer.</li><li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Stationary Tasks: Sitting for extended periods, remaining in a stationary position.</li></ul> What We OfferOur comprehensive compensation package is vital in how we recognize our people for the impact they make on us reaching our goals as a company.For this role, the estimated base is $180,000 – $210,000 + Bonus. The actual salary may vary based on a range of factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.The range listed above is a guideline and may be modified.
