  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing national team of Field Reimbursement Managers
  • Translate market access and brand strategy into actionable field reimbursement execution plans

  • Ensure compliant execution of REMS program requirements within provider and field workflows
  • Identify and proactively address access barriers impacting therapy initiation and continuity
  • Build strong relationships with provider offices, specialty pharmacies, infusion centers, and key accounts
  • Partner cross-functionally with Market Access, Patient Services, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Trade teams
  • Track and analyze field KPIs such as approval rates, time to fill, conversion rates, and site-of-care shifts
  • Provide leadership updates and insights to inform strategy optimization and execution improvements

Requirements

This role requires deep expertise in field reimbursement, specialty pharmacy or buy-and-bill access pathways, and leadership experience in complex healthcare or biotech environments. You bring strong operational knowledge of reimbursement systems and the ability to lead distributed field teams through high-stakes product launches.

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in healthcare, pharma, or biotech commercial/access roles
  • 5+ years of people management experience leading field reimbursement or field sales teams
  • Strong experience in buy-and-bill and/or specialty pharmacy reimbursement models
  • Experience navigating prior authorization, claims, appeals, and payer policy environments
  • Familiarity with REMS programs strongly preferred
  • Experience in neurology or rare disease environments preferred
  • Knowledge of white bagging, site-of-care optimization, and specialty distribution channels
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across clinical and commercial audiences
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred in business, life sciences, or related field

Benefits

  • Competitive annual base salary ranging approximately from $220,000 to $264,800 USD
  • Annual bonus eligibility and equity opportunities (where applicable)
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Retirement savings plan with company contributions
  • Paid time off, parental leave, and family support programs
  • Disability, life, and supplemental insurance options
