About the role
Plenful is seeking a dynamic and innovative Director of Enterprise Sales to spearhead one of our Enterprise sales teams. You will lead and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives within a fast-paced and high-growth healthcare technology company. Your leadership will have a direct impact on the growth of the sales org, the development of your team, and Plenful’s success achieving revenue goals. Leading by example you’ll be a champion of our Operating Principles and foster a collaborative, transparent, inclusive sales environment.
What you’ll do
- Lead a team of 5-10 sellers
- Consistently deliver against team revenue goals
- Recruiting and developing top sales talent
- Assist your team throughout their strategic sales cycles by deeply understanding customers needs and mapping them to the value
- Provide sales support and coaching to the team via daily/weekly engagements such as 1 on 1s, team meetings, recorded call reviews, pipeline management and deal strategy
- Lead forecasting across the team to provide visibility to senior leadership
- Review and revise team playbooks to drive efficiency and effectiveness in the sales funnel
- Be a critical member of the Plenful revenue leadership team partnering with our executives, our customer team, marketing and RevOps to achieve Plenful’s acquisition goals
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience managing high performing software sales teams (preferably in healthcare)
- Successful track record of 100%+ of quota achievement as a manager and individual contributor in Enterprise sales (preferably in healthcare tech)
- Healthcare and/or Pharmacy sales experience a bonus
- Previous experience recruiting, retaining, and developing a team from the ground up
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of business acumen and ability to engage directly with the C-suite in the healthcare industry
- Previous Success and continued desire to work in a fast scaling sales organization
