This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director, Delivery (Media) in the United States.

In this senior leadership role, you will sit at the core of large-scale, multi-market media operations, orchestrating complex campaigns across paid, owned, and emerging digital channels. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of high-volume media initiatives that span global markets and diverse stakeholder groups. This role blends program leadership, operational strategy, and performance marketing expertise in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. You will design and optimize the systems and workflows that enable scalable, data-informed media execution. Acting as a key connector between creative, media, analytics, and engineering teams, you will drive alignment and execution across all workstreams. The position requires strong comfort with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and evolving digital ecosystems. You will help shape how modern media delivery is structured in an increasingly AI-enabled advertising landscape.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end program management for complex, multi-channel media initiatives across global markets, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution.
  • Orchestrate delivery across paid, owned, and emerging AI-driven media environments, managing concurrent campaigns and test-and-learn programs.
  • Build and optimize scalable media delivery systems, including workflows, intake processes, approvals, and reporting structures.
  • Partner closely with performance marketing, analytics, and media teams to optimize budget allocation, channel mix, and campaign effectiveness in real time.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination across media, creative, and data/engineering teams to ensure seamless execution and stakeholder alignment.
  • Establish and operationalize measurement frameworks, ensuring insights are continuously fed back into planning and execution cycles.
  • Identify and remove operational bottlenecks to improve speed, efficiency, and consistency across global delivery efforts.
  • Lead and mentor project management team members, supporting career development and performance growth.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in project management within technology and media environments.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, ideally in high-growth or high-ambiguity settings.
  • Strong understanding of global media ecosystems, including paid social, search, programmatic, and emerging platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of media performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and CAC, with experience optimizing for business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to design scalable systems and operate effectively in environments where processes are still being defined.
  • Experience managing and developing internal teams and direct reports (7+ years preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills across internal and client-facing environments.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational, time management, risk management, and financial oversight skills.
  • Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery frameworks with multiple simultaneous workstreams.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $100,000 – $145,000 USD (based on experience, location, and impact).
  • Remote-first flexibility within the United States.
  • Opportunity to work on large-scale global media programs with high strategic visibility.
  • Access to modern tools, cross-functional teams, and global collaboration environments.
  • Career growth opportunities within a fast-scaling, innovation-driven organization.
  • Inclusive, diversity-focused workplace culture supporting individual development and autonomy.
  • Health, wellness, and employee support benefits (varies by eligibility and location).
